These terms are between you (the business using Algo Connector Desk) and Algo Software Development. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

The desk is software to manage WhatsApp conversations and customer records, with AI-drafted replies. It runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's own terms and policies also apply to your use of WhatsApp.

Your responsibilities

  • Message only people who contacted you or agreed to receive messages, and respect opt-outs.
  • Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and Indian law. No spam, fraud or prohibited products.
  • Check that the facts, prices and knowledge you give the AI are correct.
  • Review AI replies as you see fit. You choose the reply mode, and you are responsible for messages sent from your account.
  • Keep your login safe and tell us about any misuse.

AI replies

AI can make mistakes. The desk holds risky chats for your approval and uses only the knowledge you provide, but you should review its replies, especially in automatic modes. Nothing it writes is financial, legal or medical advice from us.

Plans and payment

  • Plans are monthly and paid in advance by UPI or bank transfer. They start once the payment is verified.
  • Meta charges its WhatsApp message fees separately, under Meta's pricing.
  • When a plan ends without renewal, AI replies stop and the account may become read-only. Your data stays for a reasonable time so you can renew or export it.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep the desk running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. It also depends on Meta's and the AI provider's services. We may update features from time to time.

Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
